6) You agree not to leave a bad review without first asking for help on our support discord. If you leave a bad review you need to have a clear and valid reason!
7) You need to show us proof of ownership before you ask for any type of support!
8) We are not responsible for the loss of your transaction id!
9) We are not responsible for losing your account!

11) We are not responsible for any type of errors or bugs if you modify our products and we are not obligated to provide support in that case!
12) If you modify our products we are not responsible for any incompatibilities with future updates!
13) All purchases are final, due to the digital nature of the product, there will be no refunds!
